A little bit about me

What do you call a Utah-born, California-bred dude who designs, paints, photographs, keeps bees, turns bowls, and made it safely out of New Jersey? This guy, Alan Peck.

True: On any given day you can find me doing amazing design work for clients (large and small).
True: When I’m not doing that, I’m probably doing something fun with my 3 kids or maybe turning a bowl or sketching a painting concept.
False: I didn’t become a beekeeper because I moved back to the Beehive state.
That would just be weird.

"Alan is a true creative force. He brought multiple disciplines and solutions to our creative and marketing team. He is a pleasure to work with and repeatedly went the extra mile to deliver beyond expectations."

− Craig Cleveland, Creative Director at iCentris

"Alan is a wildly talented artist who also knows how to deliver practical business results. Over the years, I've hired Alan to lead and manage several freelance projects for UncommonGoods. As a solo designer, he did great work on an early site refresh; then later he'd manage groups of designers who were handling massive projects like re-tooling all our visual assets to be deployed in a site relaunch. He knew when he could script, automate and deliver cost-effective results, and when he'd have to massage work by hand to deliver a quality product. Even on super-tight deadlines, Alan was an absolute pleasure as a collaborator. That I hired him repeatedly tells you what I think of him professionally; that I own some of his original art tells you even more."

− Thomas Epting, Co-founder, Chief Operating Officer at UncommonGoods

"I've known and worked with Alan for over 10 years now. He's the quintessential creative and has a passion for all facets of design. I've had the pleasure of working with Alan both on the agency and corporate sides and his work speaks for itself. Alan's passion for the creative is always present in his work and he enjoys making sure the working environment is conducive for creative juices to flow. He makes work fun, brings a seasoned approach to any team with his broad experience, and always has a great playlist going in his iTunes. I would love the chance to work with Alan again."
